ABOUT BIMINI LEISURE ELECTRIC VEHICLES
A Vehicle Can Make an Impression. A Company Must Earn Confidence.
Bimini Leisure Electric Vehicles LLC is building a premium, dealer-focused electric vehicle company for the North American market.
We believe a vehicle should be judged by more than its appearance or the largest number on its specification sheet. It should also be judged by how its systems work together, how accurately it is documented, how effectively it can be serviced and whether the company behind it remains accountable after delivery.
From complete-vehicle integration and carefully selected technology to dealer communication, parts, service and warranty support, Bimini is being built around one central idea:
The experience after the sale matters just as much as the excitement before it

WHY BIMINI EXISTS
The electric golf cart and leisure vehicle market has grown quickly. It is filled with attractive vehicles, extensive option lists and increasingly bold performance claims. But appearance alone does not answer the questions that matter most over time.
Who selected the major components? How do those components work together? Is the vehicle supported by accurate documentation? Can a qualified dealer diagnose and service it? Are parts, warranty information and technical support available when they are needed? Will the people behind the brand remain engaged when a challenge arises?
Bimini was created to approach those questions deliberately
The objective is not simply to place another name on a vehicle. It is to develop a company, product program and dealer network in which performance, serviceability, documentation, relationships and long-term support are treated as connected responsibilities.
The goal is not to be everywhere. The goal is to be worth standing behind.
THE BIMINI STANDARD
Bimini’s decisions are guided by four principles that connect the product, the dealer and the ownership experience:
A vehicle is a coordinated system, not a collection of unrelated specifications. Propulsion, energy storage, braking, steering, suspension, electronics, diagnostics and service access must be considered together.
Technology should improve control, reliability, diagnostics, serviceability or the ownership experience. A component is valuable because of what it contributes to the complete vehicle—not simply because its largest rating makes an impressive headline.
A dealer is more than a point of sale. The right dealer understands the market, represents the product accurately, supports the customer and helps protect the long-term reputation of the brand.
A responsible vehicle program must account for product information, parts inquiries, service communication, technical documentation and warranty support after the vehicle enters service.
FROM COMPONENTS TO A COMPLETE VEHICLE
Bimini begins with the intended vehicle, customer, operating environment and ownership experience. Major components are then evaluated according to how they contribute to the complete platform.
That means considering more than motor power, battery capacity or controller capability in isolation. It means understanding how propulsion, braking, energy storage, vehicle loading, gearing, tires, temperature, diagnostics and protection systems affect one another.
Components should be selected for their documented capabilities, compatibility, service requirements and role within the intended vehicle—not solely for the strongest marketing claim.
The motor, controller, battery, BMS, charging system, wiring, connections, braking and driver controls must operate within one coordinated architecture.
Specifications, calibration, operating limits, component identity and applicable service information should be tied to the actual production configuration.
Product planning should consider how qualified dealers and technicians will inspect, diagnose, maintain and support the vehicle after delivery.
Bimini’s current powertrain direction incorporates Navitas motor-control technology as one part of this complete-vehicle approach. The controller’s value is not limited to its 600 A capability; it also supports configurable control, diagnostics, calibration and coordinated vehicle behavior.

BUILT AROUND BETTER DEALER RELATIONSHIPS
Bimini is not focused on placing vehicles in every available dealership. We are focused on developing relationships with qualified dealers who understand their markets, communicate responsibly and want to build lasting customer confidence.
The right dealer relationship creates value in both directions. Dealers need accurate product information, responsive communication and a company that recognizes what happens after delivery. Bimini needs dealers who properly represent the product, follow applicable requirements and remain committed to the customer experience.
Our developing dealer program is centered on:
Accurate and current product information
Clear distinctions between current availability and future development
Professional product representation
Responsive customer communication
Parts and component-information routing
Service and warranty-document access
Responsible delivery and acceptance procedures
Long-term market and brand alignment
Program participation is evaluated individually. Product availability, territories, pricing, allocation, support arrangements and future opportunities are established only through applicable written documentation.
Better dealer alignment creates a better experience for the dealer, the brand and the customer

THE HUMAN FOUNDATION BEHIND BIMINI
Bimini’s business philosophy is shaped by the experience and leadership of Kevin Miller, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Bimini Leisure Electric Vehicles.
Early in his automotive career, Kevin learned that the strongest business relationships are not built through persuasion alone. They begin with listening, understanding the person in front of you and determining whether you can provide genuine value.
That lesson became a broader standard for leadership: communicate honestly, accept responsibility, respect the people affected by your decisions and remain accountable after a commitment has been made.
Those principles influence how Bimini approaches customers, dealers, factories, suppliers, technicians and business partners. Trust, transparency and accountability must guide the organization internally before they can be offered as promises to the market.
"A transaction may open a door, but only trust can build a relationship worth keeping"
For Bimini, leadership is measured by more than an immediate result. It is demonstrated through product integrity, accurate information, fulfilled commitments and the willingness to remain engaged when support is needed.

BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD OWNERSHIP
Bimini develops its vehicle program around the real-world needs of North American dealers, communities, resorts, marinas, hospitality operators, commercial properties and private owners.
Those markets require more than attractive bodywork. They require vehicles that are understandable, serviceable and appropriate for the intended application.
Bimini’s priorities include refined operation, predictable handling, durable electrical systems, carefully selected components, straightforward service access, controlled product information and long-term support.
Potential applications may include:
Private communities and residential properties
Resorts and hospitality operations
Marinas and waterfront properties
Campgrounds and recreational destinations
Commercial campuses and facilities
Property-management operations
Private estates and large properties
Events and guest transportation
Golf and leisure use
Approved private-property and off-road applications
Vehicle Status and Intended Use
Unless model-specific documentation expressly states otherwise, current Bimini vehicles are not represented through this website as street-legal motor vehicles and are intended for operation on private property or non-public roads.
Vehicle classification, registration, licensing, insurance, equipment and permitted operating locations vary by jurisdiction. Owners, dealers and operators are responsible for confirming the requirements applicable to the particular vehicle and location.
BUILT BEYOND THE SALE
The sale may begin the ownership relationship, but honesty, communication, service and fulfilled commitments are what give that relationship lasting value.
Bimini’s responsibility extends through the accuracy of the information provided, the documentation associated with the vehicle, the support available to dealers and the way service, parts and warranty questions are addressed after delivery.
Our support direction is being built around:
Model-specific product documentation
Component identification and traceability
Parts and component inquiries
Service-information routing
Diagnostic records and fault information
Warranty-document access
Controlled firmware and calibration information
Dealer and customer communication
Current technical specifications
Responsible claim-information coordination
Service and warranty coverage may vary by vehicle, component, transaction and written documentation. General website information does not replace the manuals, warranty terms, service procedures or transaction documents applicable to a particular vehicle.

WHERE BIMINI IS GOING
Bimini is focused on continuous improvement across its vehicles, future platforms, dealer program, technical information, parts support, service coordination and warranty processes.
Growth is important, but not at the expense of product integrity, responsible communication or the relationships that make that growth possible.
Current vehicles and future-development programs are treated as different categories. Current availability must be confirmed for the particular vehicle. Future-development information describes objectives that may change through engineering, testing, validation, manufacturing, supplier, regulatory and commercial review.
That distinction allows Bimini to discuss what may come next without presenting a developing idea as a completed product or guaranteed opportunity.
To build vehicles dealers can confidently sell, service, support and stand behind
That is the standard Bimini is working toward: vehicles supported by stronger product thinking, better information, responsible dealer relationships and a company prepared to remain engaged beyond the initial transaction.
